Morale Project WP3: Capacity Building – T3.2 Training Replication

Module 1: Quality, Innovation, and Relevance of Higher Education Provision

“Capacity building for curricula modernization of Syrian and Lebanese HEIs and lifelong learning provision:

towards sustainable NGOs management and operation with special focus on refugees/Morale.”

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Project activities, BAU organized a training replication workshop via Zoom technology on June 30, 2021, about  “Module 1: Quality, Innovation, and Relevance of Higher Education Provision”.

The training was led by Professor Soubhi Abou Chahine with the participation of more than 60 participants from partners and relevant NGOs from Lebanon and Syria, and covered topics about the following subjects:

• Session 1 (10:00 AM – 11:15AM): Learning Principles: Adult Learning Principles and Competency – Based Learning: Dr. Kamal El Dik –  MUBS

• Session 2 (11:15 AM – 12:30PM): Project Based Learning and Online Training: Dr.  Marie Abou Jaoude – LU
• Session 3 (14:00 PM – 15:30PM): The Practice of Training: Assessment, Group Facilitation, Interaction with Stakeholders and Labour Market:  Dr. Rasha Mahboub – BAU
