4^th MORALE Training of Trainers Module

“Capacity building for curricula modernization of Syrian and Lebanese HEIs and lifelong learning provision:

towards sustainable NGOs management and operation with special focus on refugees/Morale.”

Within the activities of WP3 Building Capacities, Where the main objective is to design, prepare and implement 4 Train the Trainers (ToT) modules and their corresponding replications.

The 4^th MORALE Training of Trainers Module, took place online with Dr. Sobhi Abou Chahine  as the coordinator of the “Morale Erasmus+ project”, Dr. Jorge Marx Gómez and Ms. Laura Sadowski from the University of Oldenburg as the host and trainers, on the 13th, 14th and 15th of July 2021, with more than 27 participants from partners and relevant NGOs from Lebanon and Syria.

The TRAINING Module compromised 3 days and It included presentations about the following subjects:

• Psychology/ Emotional Intelligence
• Decision Making and Crisis Management
• Strategic Planning, Soft and Administrative Skills
